These are the terms and conditions of the agreement between you and www.australianrendezvous.com that you agree to be bound to by upon becoming an www.australianrendezvous.com member. Please note that www.australianrendezvous.com reserves the right to terminate your membership for any reason.

As an adult, you are solely responsible for any information contained in your Profile and all of your communications with other www.australianrendezvous.com members. By registering as a member, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions below:

* You will not harass others by continuing to attempt to communicate with someone who has clearly asked you to cease communications.
* All information contained in e-mails should be treated as confidential. This information cannot be forwarded without the previous consent of the original sender of the message.
* www.australianrendezvous.com reserves the right to suspend any member who violates these rules. In the case of Profiles, www.australianrendezvous.com may hide the Profile if it is judged offensive until the offensive portion is amended.
* You will not use www.australianrendezvous.com anonymous mail to send junk mail.
* You will not include identifying information, including but not limited to your real name, phone number, e-mail address, ICQ number or any URL in your Profile.
* If you become a full paying member of www.australianrendezvous.com, you agree to be responsible for all charges accrued to your account in accordance with our published rates.
www.australianrendezvous.com reserves the right to suspend any member who violates these rules. In the case of Profiles, www.australianrendezvous.com may hide the Profile if it is judged offensive until the offensive portion is amended. www.australianrendezvous.com may also freeze the contents of a profile if it includes identifying information.
www.australianrendezvous.com is not responsible for any information or materials posted or transmitted via the service. This agreement outlines behaviour that is unacceptable on the service, but www.australianrendezvous.com is not responsible for ensuring that members follow this agreement. www.australianrendezvous.com does not review the content of private e-mail messages or screen the Profiles posted by www.australianrendezvous.com members (although it may periodically review the information posted in the public areas of the service) and accepts no responsibility for resolving disputes between members.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Under no circumstances will www.australianrendezvous.com be liable to you for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use of the www.australianrendezvous.com service. In addition, www.australianrendezvous.com disclaims all liability, regardless of the form of action, for the acts or omissions of other members or users. |
